“We arrived at ProSource without an appointment, and were met by Ashtyn Phillips. We were picking out flooring for our new construction home, both LVT and carpet. Ashtyn listened to our LVT needs, and then guided us through choices that were clear and simple!
Carpet came next, working off of our LVT color choice, and carpet needs, and pricing concerns, Ashtyn explained fiber quality and traffic expectations, and our doggie concerns. Her knowledge of the products and varying qualities was impressive and helpful! And her knowledge of color combination and guidance was just amazing! All the while carefully listening to our feedback and offering explanations as to what different color choices would produce or not produce once we have the big picture in front of us.
