I can't say enough about Fahnestock ! Incredible experience. Started when I called at 8am today to see if I could get someone out to check my system. I think her name was Shaundra? anyway, nice young lady on the phone. Very pleasant to speak with. She asked me to turn the A/C system off and just have the fan run. This way if the system was actually frozen up, it would have time to thaw by the time the technician arrived sometime in the afternon.

My AC stopped working right, so I called the emergency number and left a message. I was called back shortly by Adam and he said he would finish the job he was on and then be over to come take a look. Adam got me fixed up quickly and even advised me on how to not let the problem happen again. Adam was super friendly and knowledgeable. If you get Adam he will take care of you.
I call Fahnestock for any needs I have with air conditioning and heating, electrical, also plumbing needs. Anytime they have come out the technicians are always great and do a thorough job.
