The technician was punctual and had called to announce that he was on the way. He was very patient to find the pin hole leak causing the water problems in my basement ceiling. Our water heater broke and was leaking. We called David Lies Plumbing for a replacement. Dustin came to our home. He quickly had the old one out and the new one in. Dustin was very nice and answered all our questions while he worked. Great experience!
