Absolutely love this studio! Every instructor I have had has been amazing and so fun to work with. I have attended their group events and invited my friends and everyone has loved it and can't wait to go back! You can't go wrong with any of the classes!
LOVE Core Strength Wichita! Abby, Chelsea and all the instructors are very knowledgeable and help modify their routines to help you with any specific issues you are facing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Absolutely LOVE Core Strength Pilates! My instructor, Abby Anderson, is one of the best around. Everyone is very knowledgeable about the body and how to help when there are injuries that need 'special care'. I've had classes with other instructors and they are all excellent.
