First time coming to Charlie's Car Wash so I got the works! It's such a beautiful feeling getting into a fresh clean car. I had the full body wash that they do plus interior cleaning. They clean the windows, the dash, console etc. plus the vacuuming. They even vacuum the trunk. I've never had a car wash add the trunk with its services. I was at the store off kellogg and West Street and let me just say the customer service was outstanding! Usually when you are at a business with all teenagers they tend to be disconnected or rude. I’ve never been to any establishment where they caught their own slight imperfections and sent me through the car wash AT NO CHARGE 3 different times to make sure my vehicle is clean!!! I will drive from Leon to West Wichita every time to get my truck clean from now on! Great customer service! Thank you!
