Very family oriented , they are involved with the day to day operations. Up to date equipment from the trailers to communications. From the president on down to the safety manager contacted me and gave me an overview of the company from their perspective. I thought that was very important before just giving me a contract, that they would take time away from their schedule to see if this would be someone that could be a positive prospect for the team. So far so good. This is my review for CTS.
