“My first impression of Let's Roll Coatings was the sticker shock for their ceramic coating and paint correction services. Luke reached out and helped me understand their business model better and ultimately convinced me against going to the other shops--impressive marketing on his part!Seeing as how this Challenger is my first car, and with my birthday coming up, I wanted to treat myself to something special.When I came back for the car, I couldn't stop smiling. Seeing most of the micro swirls, mars, and scratches knocked off and the deep glossy CCi Advanced coating on the black paint reminded me of when I first got the Challenger, the dang thing is now a giant mirror (check my panel photos as testament to their work)!I think what makes Lets Roll Coatings different from the other shops in town are two things: the business model, and after-service customer care. Luke's place works on one car a day, whereas the competition boasted to me about doing 40 cars a month. The day I came in for the car I was pleasantly surprised to receive an IGL bag full of car maintenance products (picture included). On top of that, Luke educates you on how to properly care for your coating to ensure it lasts as long as possible. You get what you pay for; great attention to detail and personalized customer service.I appreciated Mr. Neal's vast patience in answering my barrage of questions throughout and even after the process.
