Ebuka and Zack were fantastic as far as service and professionalism. Was told by a different company that in order to find my sewer line, an excavator would be needed and permits from the city to install a clean out. Ebuka found the line in 5 minutes or less and was able to locate where everything was including the old clean out. Even though they didn't need to dig up the whole yard to locate the sewage line, I very much appreciate that they were more than prepared for the job in the event things didn't go as smoothly. Can't recommend these guys enough.
Many stars to Micky Everett, Bowers Plumbing technician!! I feared the worst when the drain in my 110 year old home backed up. Micky analyzed the situation and patiently explained everything to me. He cleared and scoped the line, giving me the good news that my old clay line was still in good condition. Micky was professional, thorough and amiable. He and Bowers are at the top of my list to call and recommend for plumbing issues.
