We were so pleased with Randy when he came out to give us an estimate. He was professional, answering questions honestly and friendly. Then the day of the carpet and upholstery cleaning, Ed was super. He was thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend this company.
On the day of my appointment, the technicians were running behind schedule by about 45 minutes. They were extremely communicative and updated me as often as they could. Luckily, I was able to rearrange my day and keep the appointment. The main reason I needed a cleaning was due to a few pet accidents I couldn't remove, so I paid extra for the pet treatment. The stains are gone and the carpet appears to be clean, but I can still smell the stains when I'm sitting on my floor. That's a bit disappointing, but the stains aren't visible anymore so I'm hoping to find some DIY odor removal that I can do myself.
