“I walked in one afternoon, later in the day, looking for simple undercut maintenance - a straight shave of my undercut. There were two guys in the barbershop at the time, one with a client and another one who told me to come back another day...and gave me his card. This was off-putting, to say the least, so I was about to leave when the other barber, Elmer, finished with his client. He approached me q asked me what I needed and explained he told me to have a seat in his chair and he'll be right back. He went and gave the other guy a serious talking to. He then came back to me and apologized for the other guy's unprofessional behavior. Then he gave me a lovely undercut update. He refused payment, because he said it was such a simple thing to do. It was such a kind gesture, and I was really touched. He's a nice guy and he did a beautiful job, I'll be back! I highly recommend Elmer at Prime Time!“
