Ballard Plumbing LLC is a reliable and efficient plumbing company that has received excellent reviews. They went above and beyond to fix a destructive leak for a small business owner, cutting the cost by more than half and preventing the business from having to temporarily close. Customers have also praised their quick response time, friendly service, and quality work on water heater installations. Ballard Plumbing is highly recommended for any plumbing needs. They were punctual, respectful and efficient, and even had little booties to keep floors clean. Nate has helped us and was above and beyond phenomenal. He was quick to answer questions, help understand things, and give valuable insight. Everyone encountered at Ballard has been honest, fair, and EASY to communicate with and get things done. If you are in the Wichita area and have a plumbing need, Ballard Plumbing should be top of the list. They came over and worked with us and gave recommendations to save money and fix the problem correctly. They also got here way before scheduled because their schedule opened up. They have come out a few times to fix plumbing issues. They replaced a water heater and have not had any issues. Becky is always so kind and always making scheduling easy. Y'all had any storms lately? We have, it woke us from a dead drooling sleep, shaken, not stirred, and impressed with the force with which our house was being pummeled!
Our primary sump pump is a marathoner because it likes to RUN. So, with more storms to come, my wise (read as slightly paranoid and skeptical) husband (it's ok to say, previously mentioned super attractive and genius husband may have written this) wanted to make sure the sump pumps were on the up and up. The primary pump was running well, like a fat kid chugging with all his might to be first in the lunch line. Ballard plumbing was great! We had some issues with our hot water heater and sump pump. They came over and worked with us and gave us some recommendations on what to do to save the most money and fix the problem correctly. They also got here way before scheduled because their schedule opened up which was nice. Will 100% use Ballard plumbing again!
Ballard plumbing has came out a few times to fix plumbing issues I had. I also had them replace my water heater and have not had any issues. I did have ongoing issues with the upstairs tub and downstairs which has been fixed 3 times now. The 3rd time they sent someone else out named Nate and Tyler. They did an exceptional Job. I cannot remember which one was the head guy there that day that was super knowledgeable but he did fix all my issues and have not had to call them back out. I wish I would have had him in the beginning. I did not like that I had two pay the 2 other times for the same issues but I am glad that it is fixed now!
