“I highly recommend BridgeFit if you are looking for a place to meet your fitness goals. I joined this gym in January. I was immediately impressed with the amount of individual attention that I received upon joining. I had 4 individual sessions with Dustin, who took time to discuss my goals, access any areas that needed work and create a program specifically for me. My first small group training session was awesome. Right away I could tell this was the place for me!! The trainers, Chase, Jarod and Ben are the best!!! They are excellent motivators and they all take time to help with the set up of each exercise and check your form. The 55 minute session goes by so fast!! Tracking my workout on the iPad is another bonus. I am able to record what I did in each session and track my progress. And I can tell you after 2 months I am seeing results! I am a runner who had been putting strength training on the back burner. Now that I have committed to 2 days a week at BridgeFit I can tell a difference in my runs. My times per mile are decreasing. And I feel so much better!! I have had friends comment that they can see the changes as well! It is truly the best decision I have made! “I had an awesome experience! I have been in and out of physical therapy many times for chronic issues, but Jason was incredibly thorough in creating a treatment plan. I felt like our sessions were super collaborative, and despite previously being a gym hater, I looked forward to our time every week. “After knee replacement surgery, hip replacement surgery, and two torn tendons in my shoulder after getting knocked down by a drunk at a Chief's game , I was finding my mobility poor and I was becoming way too sedentary at home. Physical therapy lasts only as long as Medicare allows, which wasn't near enough for me to get back up to speed. As I'm nearing 70 years of age, the commercial gyms with the young gym rats were intimidating. I was also concerned about doing myself harm at one of those places and their strength trainers. I came across MVP fitness and learned a lot of their staff are former professional physical therapists and know what to do to strengthen you without invoking harm. I've been going during the weekday 3 times a week for about 3 months and the change in my mobility and overall strength is beyond my expectations. There are several like me there during the weekday that are dealing with injuries, medical conditions, or have just decided they need to get moving again. This is the place for that. One on one training, showing you techniques and motivating you to do it. They know what they are doing and I'm glad I got off the couch and started going to MVP. I'm seeing muscle in the mirror I haven't seen in many years!“

“Transformative would be the word I chose to describe my experience. I have tried diets, fasting, books, and various workout routines (over a decade of these attempts).
