“Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr. Duensing is very helpful, professional and caring. Which for me has been a rare experience in the world of high priced dental practice. I just switched. My former dentist, Caleb Johnson, once Medicare advantage ran out went from charging me $47 for a crown re-cement to $295. When I challenged the billing office the reply was, "we are under no obligation to offer you a better rate". Upon researching this I found they were obligated by contract with Medicare to offer the Medicare rate. Make sure you discuss with your dentist how they will bill once Medicare benefits are exhausted and you pay out of pocket.“

Every step of the process of my cleaning was thoroughly explained to me from start to finish by the kind hygienist that did my cleaning. Dr. Papinsick explained my treatment plan clearly and listened to my concerns, and Gina at the front desk was very helpful in getting me set up for my next visit and providing me a referral for wisdom teeth removal. “Wish I could give them seven stars. Drs. Mitch and Kyle have always gone out of their way to accommodate our very high-maintenance teeth. Our previous dentist (in another state) said we were some of the toughest cases (dentally, not personally) he had ever encountered. Dr Mitch took us in stride and has cared for us through years of repair/replacement work. Always followed up. Always available for off hours consultation. Kind, gracious and respectful.“
