Saturday evening of the Labor Day holiday our ac stopped working. We called Bryan's Heating and Air and Don came out quickly! He diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and explained all to me as he did it. So thankful for Don and Bryan's!!! Don is a fantastic person!! Thank you!!!

We had our AC go out. It wasn't blowing out cold air anymore so we turned it off to see if it got frozen. Mind you, this was during our hear advisory days where it made people very sick!
We eventually figured out we needed help! We have 3 puppos in the house who definitely needed it to be cooler. I looked up what could be the issue and saw the prices and was shocked and uncertain of how we could swing this type of repair.

AC condenser fan motor burned out on a very hot August afternoon, after business hours of course... Called Bryan's and got in touch with their on-call technician, Ethan. He showed up after finishing another job and got right to work. Professional and courteous. It got dark quickly, so I helped with lights while trying to stay out of the way. New motor is very quiet, unit is much quieter overall now. Had a secondary problem with engaging the second stage of the compressor, turned out to be thermostat-related. Although it was past 10 PM by now, Ethan was patient and determined to troubleshoot the problem and finish the job. AC is cooling great as I finish up... read full review
