We had a custom build done by Relph Construction and I can't talk enough about how much we love it! Aside from the beautiful home that was built, we worked directly with Mike Marnach. Mike was great to work with. He answered all our questions, let us know if something we picked out would be an upcharge (immediately), and was just an easy person to talk to, and about during the whole build process. The finishes were done extremely well and he would catch anything that wasn't to his standards. I would definitely recommend building a new home with Relph.

I cannot say enough good things about Relph Construction. My wife and I hired them to build us a new home. We have never been through the home building process before and both Russ and Jason have been outstanding to work with. They make us feel like we are their only clients. We are so proud of the job they have done. We are admittedly picky people and I would recommend Relph to anyone who values quality and timeliness as well as being treated with respect and integrity.

Relph recently completed building a custom home for my wife and our family in west Wichita. They treated us great through the entire process and made us feel as though we were their only customer. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed working with Relph and his team. The house exceeds our expectations in every way.
