I'm going to be honest, when my car start leaking oil from the transmission cooler I was looking for a good place to fix it, and I found VW of Topeka is the closest place to me so I made an appointment with them and looking on the reviews I was scared bc of some ppl opinion, but the good thing I didn't believe it, the customer service was incredible and the work was done fast and they even gave me a car so I can use it until they are done with mine, so if there's a 10 stars to give I would give it to them bc they are worth the trust and even the mechanics they have are great, %100 will come back whenever I have an issue with my car, thank you VW of Topeka for the experience
Just bought a new 2025 Volkswagen atlas the service was excellent at the dealership. The paperwork was the fastest process I’ve ever been through buying a new car. Couldn’t have asked for anything better highly recommend doing business with them.
Our two daughters both recently purchased 2025 Volkswagen Tiguans. Both Tiguans were of the same trim level and standard colors (no up-charge for special color). One daughter purchased hers through a dealership in Virginia and had it shipped to her. The other daughter purchased hers from Volkswagen of Topeka. The experiences between the two dealers were like night and day. The dealership in Virginia added several thousand dollars in fees and would not negotiate. Volkswagen of Topeka only had one reasonable dealer administrative fee that was not included in their advertised price.
