The movers, Patrick and John, couldn't have been better! They were very professional, friendly and patient with my 94-year old mother. The only problem we had was clear communication with one of the office personnel. I was told on the phone prior to the move date that the movers would arrive between 8-9 am. At 9:20, I called to see if they were still coming. After being put on hold, I was told that the movers were already there and that there was an undisclosed piano for them to move. I informed her she was incorrect on both counts. Then she tells me that the movers aren't DISPATCHED until 8-9 am. and wanted to argue with me about what I was told. I have used this company twice now, both times they were very friendly and still professional. They took great care with my things. These two guys were fast and caring. Didn't charge me anything more than the minutes they spend actually moving my things. I highly recommend them! 100%
