Wonderful brother team. Very informative, friendly and efficient. We just purchased a new home and the air quality was awful. They came in quickly and cleaned out all of our vents. Christmas morning I hit my shin hard. At first, thought it was not big deal. After several minutes, my leg felt wet. I looked down and my pants and sock were soaked with blood. A good amount ran onto the carpet. I left blood prints as I ran to the tub. After a 3 hour ER visit to cauterize the vein I tore open, tried to clean it as best we could. Christmas proceeded.
The next day I called Steam Power and talked with Tony and explained the situation. He was very confident that they could help us. About an hour and a half later, Tony was at the door.

Tim was super friendly and did a fantastic job. My carpet and stairs look amazing. He was able to get to me quickly, I messaged on a Saturday that I needed someone that week and he was able to schedule me for that Tuesday, I appreciated it very much.
