The wait time was reasonable, staff were friendly, attentive to my needs and answered all of my questions. I felt that they provided excellent service.
They say they open at 8:00 A.M. on Sundays. They have a sign at the building at 3310 SE 29th saying please check website for actual hours. Website says they open at 8:00 A.M. as well. The online check-in doesn't work and their signs are all wrong. Definitely not open. And they wonder why we go to the ER for an ear ache?
All staff at St. Francis Campus Urgent Care are always very caring, and efficient. I love that they give you an after care call to see how you are doing. Shout out to Joslyn (sp?) who has an amazing aura about her. She definitely adds five stars to Urgent Care - Brewster.
