Techs, working next door..., somehow pumped refrigeration fluid into a cabinet in my shop. Damaging stock. The VP, Drew, and the main tech on site, said they would make it right. Now that story has changed. Now it's not their fault. Quality people..... not. So many other choices; Lower, McElroy's, Pat the Plumber, etc.. Keep looking.

Samco had previously installed, serviced, and worked on our heat pump with no problems. We called a few weeks ago about our heat pump fan running continuously thinking they could fix it. The guy from Samco comes out with a horrible angry attitude and after looking at it tells us Samco doesn't work on these. He would not tell us who we could get help from so we had to find someone. We were charged over $300 for that service call for nothing. My husband called to tell them what had happened and the took off a little. We still had to pay 162.00 for nothing! We had to have another guy come out to fix the fan and obviously pay him as well. I am so upset and disgusted... read full review
