Orkin has always been a fantastic experience. Did have a slight hiccup but after we tried to get help 3 times. Claudia noticed went above and beyond to see we were still having trouble and to make sure they we felt like a valued customer. The reason we still go with Orkin this day is because of Claudia's dedication to make sure that we were helped out. All around great job on the customer service end thanks to a Claudia Lopez. Danielle with ORKIN gave us VERY impressive service for our carpenter ants! Very thorough, had a variety of treatments given the area and what was going on. She inspected a nearby pine tree which was most certainly providing a huge nest of carpenter ants to infest our home! And suggested we have a tree professional come out to inspect whether the tree could already be hollow and a danger to our home in a bad storm. No other pest control company has given us this level of professional care before. Danielle was amazing! ORKIN must have given her very good training!
