They came when scheduled and treated what needed to be treated which was cockroaches. They will definitely need to come back and treat some more until tne cockroaches are completely gone.
I am very choosy about who I open my door to, and my experience with the service techs has been good. James was here this time as well as the last service date. He is knowledgeable and anxious to take care of the pests, mainly lots of ants. We are pleased that he is willing to explain what he’s doing and option going forward if this doesn’t take care of the problem!
