Called to inquire about repair services - hung up on me the first time, and then was incredibly rude with me when I called right back to try and actually speak with him. When I said I was interested in using his service, he just responded rudely “Well, we’re not interested in any new clients.” I’m sure he does a fantastic job, but I am extremely dissatisfied with how he just treated a prospective client. Based on the fact that all his good reviews are years old, seems like he stopped caring about his reputation after he built a good foundation for himself.

We were very impressed with Mark. He was early to our appointments, and the crew he had doing our fence was outstanding!! They operate like a well oiled machine with a personal touch. Would recommend. I know our neighbors were impressed as well, with how fast and efficient this process was.

Mark and his crew were great to work with! They screened in my back porch and installed a screen door on the porch and a storm door on the front of the house. Mark took my general concept for the porch and explained in detail how he would make it happen, and the cost was very reasonable. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and when I called because of a minor issue he sent his crew right back and they took care of it promptly. We will definitely use M & R again!
