We had an issue with our new Generac home stand-by generator. It had previously been diagnosed by Generac as likely a bad battery charger and/or voltage regulator. When Tegan from Shockwave arrived, he was skeptical. When he checked it out, he found a wire missing that was supposed to run the battery charging system. He added the wire, ran the generator through its paces, and had it up and running correctly in just under an hour. We were very pleased with his knowledge and how quickly he had the issue resolved. I should also mention he was working in the rain and still maintained his pleasant personality. I would definitely call Shockwave again!

Shock Wave did an awesome job! They found an easier and better way of placing the additional outlet outside the house rather than doing what I suggested. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend them any day!

We finished our basement. Shockwave wired and installed the can lights. They did a great job and were efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend highly.Services: Electrical inspections
