They showed up to do the work, everything was great, even after the work was done. Fast forward less than a year later - I have a persistent water leak every time it rains by the flue for my wood stove. I also had a shingle come off. I contacted Mark about an updated bid to do my garage roof, asked a few other questions, brought up those two issues with the shingle and the leak. He sent me the updated bid in a timely manner, ignored all my questions, and said nothing about the two issues I had. I replied to that email asking if those could be addressed. Integrity Roofing replaced our home roof. They installed the flashing wrong which caused a massive leak over our patio. I called right after they installed and they came out to inspect and said the siding was leaking. Not something they repair. The siding was old, we replaced. Leaking continued. Come to find out they installed the flashing wrong where the 2 roofs meet over the patio. It’s now a $1,000 job to replace because the plywood under the shingles is rotten and the shingles have to be removed. Caleb & Mark have been absolutely amazing to work with. The replacement roof has been exceptional, and looks great. The gutters will be replaced by them next week. Totally recommend you will not be disappointed!!
