Taylor was the technician that came out. Taylor was great. She explained what she was doing and listened to me.
I won't have anyone but Dehn's come out if I have another issue with my AC. I highly recommend Dehn's and Taylor for anyone needing service on their AC.“

After waiting a month to get some plumbing fixed in my apartment after the property management company dropped the ball, they wound up having to hire Lower. They came out the next day and determined that they had to have access to the basement apartment. Three days later they came back. Having to deal with pushback from the basement tenant, they had to ask for assistance from the property management company. They, unfortunately, had to witness a pretty serious altercation between property management and the tenant. They held their own respectfully and were able to finish the job. Kennedy & Sam were my techs both times. Both were very personable and genuine in the service I provided.“

“I called them because I had a leak for a long time in my outside faucet. They were prompt in their communication and were able to address the issue. Kyler was awesome, timely and honest. Essentially, the faucet on my home is old and it didn't even require any actually work. He tightened what needed to be tightened and showed me in my basement where the shut off value is to prevent any further leaking. He advised that he wouldn't charge me anything since he didn't really "do anything" but I still paid him. Time is money and it's the holidays. His honesty and reassurance of the issue and his care of showing me how to do something myself was worth writing a check. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services when needed.“
