At the beginning of April , I renewed my membership. I did not know the basic gym membership had changed to exclude the gyms I had been going to! I was never sent information about the changes. I'm angry that I can't go to the performance center or the other downtown gyms I've been going to for the past few years without paying extra. I work downtown so it was very convenient to drive a short distance to get exercise. I don't use those facilities for the pool. I can't even swim ! All I want to do is lift weights and do cardio. So if I cancel , you can only do that in March but since I canceled you won’t. Let me in but still charging me?!! This is horrible business. Not to expect less. The manager Scott has been a pain for months,reason I canceled, ( was told to golf somewhere else and not to touch his desk!) but now I can’t even use the facilities until it’s complete and canceled? I don’t care to go back but if I want to use the gym , and still pay monthly fees but not allowed back in? lol I will ask for reimbursement for services not used if thats The case and let me out . I will continue this again and again if not addressed , don’t be lazy! I’ve been paying for years!

Great Life Golf and Fitness. 1. Lost my payment information during a software change, never fully explained how this happened or where my personal information disappeared to 2. Fails to communicate well with patrons, found it challenging and near confrontational asking how and when we could use facilities 3. Facilities are not well maintained or clean 4. Has written a parasitic contract that conveniently allows their business a 1 year cushion in order to replace a patron that cancels their membership. 5.
