Our electrician, Elizabeth, was incredible. She listed and understood all of our problems and helped troubleshoot a few issues that we were ready to give up on. The office manager, Rebecca, communicated changes in scheduling quickly and we were able to get the electrical problems sorted out quickly.<br><br>This shop is BY FAR the best service I have received so far in Topeka. “We had an issue with our new Generac home stand-by generator. It had previously been diagnosed by Generac as likely a bad battery charger and/or voltage regulator. When Tegan from Shockwave arrived, he was skeptical. When he checked it out, he found a wire missing that was supposed to run the battery charging system. He added the wire, ran the generator through its paces, and had it up and running correctly in just under an hour. We were very pleased with his knowledge and how quickly he had the issue resolved. I should also mention he was working in the rain and still maintained his pleasant personality. I would definitely call Shockwave again!“
