Burlingame not only took our pup last minute (and I mean LAST minute!) They cared well for her, let me visit in the evening, and even provided a free nail trim, knowing that we were from out of town. I was overwhelmed to tears by their generosity. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
Was in town from CT, and brought my dogs. My boy, Quincy, started acting off; distant, sad, and I saw blood in his urine. I called around because it was after 5, and I needed a 24hr vet. Chose this place, and am very happy I did! A vet tech comes right out to triage the situation, they gave me a estimate on cost, and five minutes later we were in a room. The vet was very nice, and explained Quincy had a UTI. Left with pain meds, and antibiotics. Was a bit pricey, $ 180 in the door plus everything else. Was worth it, though. Quincy is much better!
Easy to set appointments. Love this vet! I had a sick dog before I was a customer and they got me in immediately when my regular vet wanted me to wait over a week. I moved my dog over to their care immediately. They take time to explain treatment options and costs. I really appreciate that. I also use BRAH for boarding. My dog is not overly stressed when I pick her up and she often has anxiety in new locations. I have referred many friends to them I've never heard any negative comments about them.
