I see that I am not the only one that has had a terrible experience with this practice. When I complained to Brett Oxandale about being told they accepted my insurance for my eye exam when they actually didn't, he essentially said too bad, that's the way it is. Didn't apologize or take any accountability for miscommunication by his office staff. Billing me over $200 for what would have been a $10 copay with my vision insurance. Greedy, materialistic and uncaring. Absolutely awful place, and it is now apparent that it starts with the leadership-or lack there of.

This office is apprehensible and horrendous. The front office staff is incompetent and poorly trained. Doctor Oxandale is rude, unhelpful, and pretentious-and obviously a greedy and unscrupulous person. I was misinformed about my insurance benefits and they refused to take any accountability for it. My vision insurance provides an annual exam for $10, their office is now billing me over $200 and told me after the visit that it is not covered (even though they said they did accept it when I made the appointment). Shame on these people. Now I know not to trust providers-need to verify with insurance EACH AND EVERY TIME. I've never had this happen before. First and last time. Too bad they lost a future patient.

The billing receptionist Tawnie is beyond rude. Complete trash! Was told "we don't help people who don't pay their bill" then got offended when I defended myself. Huge misunderstanding lead to them losing a long time patient! Never again!
