Blue Dot technicians Jason and Mark have always done a great job servicing the min split air conditioning units @Tender Loving Care Pet Nursing Hotel. They are friendly, informative professional and they keep their clean hands so no dirt gets on our walls. Mary on the phone is friendly and makes sure our place gets on the schedule.

Daniel did a great job with my air conditioning unit. Explained that during the remodeling of my house to replace the filter often. He also recommended to have the ductwork cleaned to prevent any issues with the air conditioning system and heater.
William came to unclog shower. Went outside and found our line was clogged and it was up to City to fix. They came and temporarily fixed it will come back on Tuesday. Blue Dot went above and beyond. He stayed to make sure everything was working before he left.
