Mark is awesome! If you want to be treated as valued person and customer and not just another number, this is your guy. He is awesome at explaining the ins and outs of what he will be doing and why. And doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions. Knows his stuff and will not overcharge or pressure you into services you don't want. Really cares about his customers and his reputation.

I had what I thought was a bee problem. I have a quarterly service contract with one of the national brands. I was waiting on them to show up to my house to assess the situation; however, they kept moving the date because their local tech was sick. Then yeserday morning my 6 month old puppy got attacked by "bees" and I had to take him the vet. Now I was mad and I wasn't going to wait anymore. I found Apex by luck, but am so glad I did. Mark was out at my house in no time. He took the time to explain the process and teach me a little bit about how these insects work. He also pointed out that these "bees" were angry yellow jackets.
