Austin R from Ladd Service Company serviced our AprilAire 600M whole-house humidifier today. The filter had not been replaced in quite some time and, combined with our very hard water, there was significant mineral buildup that needed attention. Austin clearly explained what he found, why it mattered, and what to watch for going forward. No upsell, no pressure, just straightforward, professional work. Given the condition of the unit, he did a thorough job cleaning everything out and leaving the system running the way it should have been all along. Ladd has taken care of our Plumbing, Heating and Air issues for many years. Last week, they replaced our Furnace/AC with a new York. Very pleased with Mike, the sales representative, and the two men who replaced our old system. They were courteous, professional, conscientious, and left the area cleaner than before they arrived.
