Ross came out, took all of 20 minutes to get my gutters looked at, gave me a quote for with and without covers, and wasn't on pushy or salesman tactics. he has a quality product in a timely manner, stood by it. definitely respect the way he operates, and his prices were fair. He came out WITH his guys and did the work with em too, didn't just delegate, which marks a good boss/leader to me. Go with him if you're in KC. won't regret it.
