First time at this eye doctor since moving to town. Really enjoyed my experience. Probably the longest time I spent in the chair being looked over but only because Dr. Richard was very thorough during the exam since I hadn't been seen in a while and I was a new patient.

The ladies at the desk - one was very sweet (taller, gray hair) but the other one (brown shoulder length hair) was a little off putting. Seemed a little condescending.

When I was placing my order for glasses, she was talking about prices and extra additions to my lenses (transitions, blue light filter) as if I didn't know it was going to be expensive. I don't know if she thought I never paid...read full review
