Mr. Dean was amazing. My AC unit was not blowing cold air. He was out here in less than an hour and fixed it immediately. I am a widow, and had no idea what the issue was. He could have told me I need a whole new HVAC and I would not have been the wiser. It was a small part, he had it fixed within 30 minutes. He is honest and professional. This review is LONG overdue. A few months ago, I had our 20 year old hot water heater replaced. At first, I called a "BIG" name group to come out to replace it. When they arrived, they were not wearing a mask correctly, and provided me with an insane rate to replace and install.I called Bill Dean, and was instantly impressed with his customer service. Cold day in Dec.. We thought the pilot light was out in our furnace.. We called Bill Dean, he showed up when he said he would, he explained a part with the pilot light was corroded. He replaced the part and we were warm and fuzzy in an hour. We will always recommend Bill Dean.
