“James assessed the situation in less than 10 min and had it fixed in less than 30 min. In addition, he recommended a professional to come and fix the wall he had to breach to get to the leak. I need a sump pump installed, and James already has me a quote that is more than reasonable.... Because James is so very accommodating, I now have to decide on what fits my schedule.

“I had a blockage of the main sewer line in a rental house I own. I called one company, which came out quickly. The serviceman quoted a ridiculously high price and said rootering may cause the pipe to break leading to a very expensive repair. I said no thanks and then called The Plumbing Pro. The technician diagnosed the problem and cleaned out the main line blockage quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and I was charged exactly what was quoted over the phone. I (and my tenant primarily) were very happy with the terrific service.“

“I've been doing business there for years. Never thought about writing a review until I saw a one star. Wah. A once-a-century deluge and failed sump pump is hardly on Pyramid. This customer wouldn't have gotten any "consideration" for a failed pump upgrade at any big box store.

“On 5-28-24, our water heater began leaking, I reached out to roto-rooter after the service provider suggested by my home warranty provider failed to contact me after 48 hours. Roto-rooter took my call and I had a service representative at my home within two hours. Roto-rooter's service representative was very professional and gave us an estimate for the repairs that evening. The next morning, he showed up in a timely manner and got right to work. By the end of 5-31-24 my new water heater is in and working as it should. “I called this guy on a Saturday with a water heater issue and he wasn’t in town, but helped walked me through the issue. Nicest, most helpful professional I’ve encountered!“

“James came to our residence at the A/C wasn't working. He looked inside the indoor unit and looked at the outdoor unit. He asked me to smell the outfoor unit as the fan wasn't running and he said it smelled hot. There was no smell of it being hot. James then told me the compressor probably burned up as the fan wasn't cycling and we needed a new units both inside and outside. He said someone would call me to discuss. While waiting, I decided I needed a second opinion. I called Mr. Plumber, Inc who was highly recommend. Jesse came out and replaced the capacitor. Jesse saved us over $10k plus as James from Polestar didn't even take anything apart and was making decisions by glancing at the equipment. Thank God for Jesse and Mr. Plumber, Inc. for being HONEST and not taking advantage of us. Not to mention the biggest waste of a $99 service call for James to do absolutely nothing. CASEY PHILLIPS“
