I’ve been coming and seeing Dr. Arnold for over decade. I highly recommend VCA to anyone who has contacts or glasses to come here. They have the best staff around. Hannah was so nice and professional in taking care of me on my most recent visit, I knew I was in great hands. They make everything easy for you. If you’re not using Vision Care Associates make the switch, you won’t regret it.
Everybody is so friendly and helpful, I really enjoyed picking out my frames with Mackenzie. She was so nice and had suggestions on what would look good on me. She made me feel like family
This was my first visit to this office. I was extremely impressed at the warm welcome I received from the receptionist as well as personal attention from the ocular technician and Dr. Franken. Everything was explained very well to me and my questions were answered.I was particularly impressed by the time given to me by Dr. Franken. He came in the room and sat down and truly listened to my story. I have worn corrective lenses since about third grade and have therefore seen many eye doctors. I appreciate the personal attention and professional care provided by Dr. Franken and his crew. Highly recommend!
