Amazing work! We chose Reliance to help finish our basement, and from first consultation to final inspection, they did a great job working with us to figure out our needs and budget. The services they provided were high quality, timely, and cost efficient. On 2 separate occasions, we had some problems with our water and gas pipes (neither due to any fault of Reliance), but they still took the initiative to remedy the problems for us. Reliance made sure to always communicate with us and keep us in the loop, as well as stay open to any questions, comments, or concerns that we had throughout the process. I can't say enough good about this company! We had a wonderful experience working with the Reliance team. We recently remodeled our master bathroom. Their work and professional care was over the top! Chelsea's organizational skills are amazing! They were always on schedule and they completed the job as predicted and on time. Nate's attention to detail and perfection is noticed by everyone. Chelsea was so helpful in the decision making and guiding us to make the right choices. As a homeowner I greatly appreciated her knowledge.
