I just recently started coming here within the last few months because I wanted a new primary physician for my two cats and hadn't found one I was willing to call my veterinary team yet. I remembered living nearby in the past and how highly recommended they were by neighbors, so I started bringing my kitten here for his follow up shots and wellness checks. The staff has seen their fair share of tears from me and has treated me and my dogs with the most gentle of care. We had a scare about a year ago with one dog, who is receiving monthly care from the staff to treat his condition. Most recently we had an incident with our other dog eating a diaper. The staff quickly helped us, came in over the weekend to provide care, and followed up with a voice of concern like it was their own pet.

They take really good care of our 3 little dogs. Very loving and gentle. I love their app that keeps us updated on any needed shots or checkups. I've referred Monticello to several friends and family members.
