Dr. Suzanne Robinson was amazing. She was compassionate and kind and professional and easy to talk to and I felt safe with her from the very first time I met her. She had a staff that was also just as amazing. The first time in my life that I ever felt safe at the doctor was at Mercy and Truth with the staff and Dr. Suzanne Robinson as my physician. She and her staff were all very kind and also patient listeners. She had to retire. She earned it, as did her staff. It's the end of an era. They are all sorely missed. The office clinic was small but receptionist was soft spoken and nice. The doctors were very helpful and gentle. I’m happy to know that this clinic provides affordable health service with sliding scale fee discount program for those who are uninsured.

People with good experiences usually don't give reviews, mainly the ones with negative experiences. So here's a positive one. I have been a patient since 2000. The head Nurse Practitioner at the time (before Susanne) listened to me when I believed I had a endocrinological condition. My former Primary Care Physician told me to just excersize more and eat less. The PCP apparently was deaf to my telling them I already was working out 45-90 minutes a day, 5-7 days a week and I wasn't losing weight. I wouldn't lose weight unless my daily intake was under 900 calories a day. I had other symptoms that I had researched. I requested specific... read full review
