He gives individual attention to each student while making the class time efficient (several expert/advanced students are often present to help the younger kids as well.) They offer a good balance of fun activities (relay races, obstacle courses) but also teach focus and discipline. The independence and confidence my son has gained from playing sports and doing Taekwondo are invaluable. He has learned to speak up, not only for himself but for others as well.
