We were recommended to Brandon through a good friend. We were very happy with how things turned out, still in the process of letting it set before we get back into the garage, but honestly can’t say enough good things about this crew. Caleb and Anthony were so polite, very thorough, and super knowledgeable. They did a great job, answered all our questions, and even helped get out garage door censors put back in place that got messed up by the painters. Highly recommend these guys! We had our garage floors done recently by this company and they turned out so good!! We knew our floors were cracking and had eroded in some spots so thought it best to have them epoxied and we are thrilled with the result. Brandon was excellent with communication, efficient and did an amazing job!!
Kevin arrived and explained the prep, process, samples what to expect and an estimate. The crew that showed up could had done a couple things different. Control joints cut in floor were to be ‘V’ cut and filled, they just filled them. Door frames to house were to be taped to reduce vapor inside, they didn’t and the odor filled the entire house and made it uninhabitable, seriously dangerous VOCs , had to leave. There were drips in the driveway from the topcoat polyaspartic material like poka-dots because they didn’t put down plastic. There was a rain shower move through, leaving standing water near the doors on freshly ground concrete, they let the water absorb and applied the base coat epoxy 1 ½ hours later. Was able to watch the progress remotely with a wifi camera. After several days of cure time the finished product just didn’t look as expected, top coat looked really thin and uneven by the doors. (I did a lot of due diligence, looked at several epoxy floors and educated myself before the project). I contacted Brandon and expressed my concern which he promptly sent another crew (David and Aaron). Without hesitation David addressed everything, did a quick surface scuff/sand and applied another coat of polyaspartic top coat, removed all the poka-dots from the drive way and left the garage looking amazing. 3 days later and being able to look things over that floor looks like a million bucks! The finish is even, all glossy, well covered and feels amazing! Having several friends seeing the before/after from the two crews all agree David and Aaron’s touch was perfect! Not sure what was going on with the first crew, but there was room for improvement, second crew was the A-Team. In the end, we are very pleased with the quality and finish of the floor. The texture is called Armadillo and looks like a dozen different sized stone chips instead of the generic ¼ inch flakes. Despite the initial setback from the first crew, the finished product is truly beautiful and we would use Epoxy Floors by Welch in the future for our other garages! Brandon was very prompt, friendly, reliable and resolved everything on our time schedule. Even waited to deposit our payment until we were 100% satisfied.
