Chose this place for my insurance claim due to the good reviews. The repairs looks great. Had an issue with the claims that turned into an issue which eventually had to have the supervisor involved, but it was resolved without further incident.
I’d still recommend this place for repairs.
Crash Champions did a fantastic job fixing my F150. The work is great and they kept us updated through out the entire process. The management personally showed interest in providing the best possible service and made sure I was happy at all levels of the project! I would definitely refer this company in the future.
Called to say my truck was done, but the rear back up sensors do not work. Kyle told me it would be a couple days to get the another part (wiring harness) it's been a week no part no call. I've called him and was able to get ahold of him 1 time. The people at the office said they will get ahold of him to call me back 2 times and still no call. Call for action will be my next call.
