You will see unbelievably low prices advertised on TV for glasses. In my opinion, the short answer is you get what you pay for, but since your eyesight is better with even a bad fit and less than optimal lens material, you may not know how much better it could be if you relied on a professional fit and lens selection from a good optician.My budget certainly isn't unlimited, but enjoying the benefits of optimal eyesight is very important. Great selection of moderately priced frames. Joe is very helpful and knowledgeable of best frame shape and fit. I’ve been getting my frames and lenses at Brookside Optical for years. Their lenses are by FAR the best (tried my eye doc’s store and online, big mistake on both parts).

Updating my rating based on a good experience with Joe today. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I got one pair of glasses repaired and ordered another pair. The store also has a good selection of frames. Will definitely be back!
