I’ve been going to Cecil since my first year in college 1964. I’ve needed to use a few others when living elsewhere but always come back. Recently I’ve been using Teri too. Ron also seems to have a great happy clientele. And prices are very fair too. Altogether the best barber shop in KC.Service: Scissor cut

The remodel looks amazing! All employees are friendly and professional. Being this is a barber shop I still go here even as a woman-- and I always get compliments on my hair! I highly recommend this shop to everyone!
