They were nervous of course, but our stylist Kaitlin was so good with both of them. She made all of us feel so welcome, not to mention the fact she made us feel like she had known us forever. She is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STYLIST I have ever been to. There really are no words to describe how happy we are with our hair. She was so professional with the entire experience, but not stuffy or rough with any of us. She was very polite and very gentle in the way she asked us to move our heads whenever she needed us to.
