I realized around noon on the hottest day of the year (so far) that my AC went out. I did all the homeowner DIY things I knew to do before calling. The woman that answered was very empathetic and understanding that I have two large dogs inside. She said techs were available that day. I was surprised because I'm years past, I've called other repair companies for various things and no one is ever available on a Friday afternoon. 3 hours after I called, two men showed up. After explaining what I had tried to do, they knew right away what the problem was and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. My furry friends and I appreciated their prompt response and understanding!

Made the call in the morning. The servicemen were here by early afternoon. I asked a lot of questions and they treated me respectfully. They got the job done and advise me to revisit the AC in the fall for a follow-up.
