Overall I was pleased with PSI, but I do have one complaint. They were trenching in my backyard and they cut my cable line in two places. Now, it wasn't their fault initially because the USIC guy didn't mark the line like he should have. But when they cut it, they tried to replace the cord a few times to no avail. I was watching them do it and I said multiple times, "Let me call Eagle and they can come fix it." But they were hesitant for some reason to get the experts in to fix the problem correctly. This company is hands down the best in this area! The customer service is top notch and Dan is a book of knowledge when it comes to this stuff! Definitely would recommend them to anyone I know!
