My son purchased his first home and a potentially major problem was found, a non-functioning shower. An estimate had been given but it was extremely high and seemed unreasonable. I contacted Smith Plumbing, explained my situation and they met our Realtor at the house the same day as my call. Not only was the price SIGNIFICANTLY less, but they offered to repair the issue on the same day!!!! You cannot beat service like this. You would do well to call Mark Smith anytime you have a plumbing need. They are THE BEST.
